Reservations: a deposit is required.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The balance of the price must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations:
In order for the cancellation to be considered valid, you must send it by email to which you should receive a reply. (Cancellations made by telephone are not valid).
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the reservation price.
59 to 22 days before arrival 50% of the reservation price
21 to 15 days before arrival 80% of the reservation price
14 days before arrival 100% of the reservation price.

The Greek government has decided to introduce a climate change resilience fee on 1 January 2024; 1.50 euros per night and accommodation if the living space is a maximum of 80 square metres. At Rafaela House it is 1.50 euros per day (not per person).

You will pay the extra charge upon arrival.
