Booking / Payment

Reservations: A deposit is required.

Payments:

• For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price.
• For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price.
• The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations:
To be valid, cancellations must be sent via email, and you should receive a confirmation reply. (Phone cancellations are not valid).

Cancellation Fees:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the booking price.
• 59 to 22 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price.
• 21 to 15 days before arrival: 80% of the booking price.
• 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price.

The Greek government has decided to introduce a Climate Resilience Fee starting from January 1, 2024: €2.00 per night per accommodation if the living space is a maximum of 80 square meters. At Haus Rafaela, the fee is €2.00 per day (not per person).

The additional charge is payable upon arrival.
